ATLANGRAM EXPERTISE
ATLANGRAM is specializing in preclinical efficacy testing of antibacterial agents thanks to its comprehensive In vitro and In vivo studies (screening & discriminant models). Thus, we can provide recommendations on optimal dose, on administration route and/or frequency, and finally, on bacterial targets and future development/indications of the compound.
EVALUATION
Our offer is comprehensive and consists of a wide range of microbiology studies to assess in vitro and in vivo efficacy activities of an antibacterial agent.
20+ years Efficacy Expertise
500+ Characterized Strains
12+ Mouse & Rabbit Models
300+ Communications/Publications
OPTIMISATION
We use the Nano-Encapsulation in Lipid Nano-Capsules (LNCs), an innovative technology to improve antibacterial efficacy and tolerance.
Passive targeting
Stealth and Biodegradable
Easy manufacturing
Safe and non-expensive
OUR PARTNERS
ATLANGRAM is based at Nantes (France), a city which offers opportunities to conduct collaborative projects with the Nantes University, MedQual (an epidemiological network with a bank of hospital and community bacterial strains), and Atlanpole Biotherapies (a regional cluster). Bpifrance, the Region Pays de la Loire and Total Development have granted to ATLANGRAM a financial assistance.
